My Freshwater Aquarium Secrets Affiliate Agreement
The entire terms and condition of this agreement are for participation in My Freshwater Aquarium Secrets Affiliate Program. In this agreement the word “we’, “us” or “our” refers to My Freshwater Aquarium Secrets and the words “you” or “your” refers to you the affiliate.
To Be Eligible To Receive Commission
To be eligible for commission an affiliate must have an active link from their website to their Affiliate link. When Affiliates sign up with ClickBank they will receive a unique URL.
ClickBank Pays Our Affiliates
ClickBank is authorized to pay and track our affiliates. ClickBank will deduct from their affiliate payments any fees due to returns by the customer, charge backs and returned checks. To see ClickBank policies go to http://www.clickbank.com/accounting.html.
Affiliates Receive 50% Commission
As an Affiliate you will receive a 70% commission of the income from orders placed through your Affiliate Site minus ClickBank charges http://www.clickbank.com/accounting.html. ClickBank will only pay commission when they have received full payment for a purchase.
Our Customers
Any customer who buys services or products through our Affiliate Program is considered My Freshwater Aquarium Secrets Customers.
Authorized Sellers
My Freshwater Aquarium Secrets is the only authorized seller of our products and it is our sole responsibility to process every order placed by our Affiliate sites. You are not granted any reseller rights or authorized to sell any of these products unless otherwise agreed upon.
Sites Who Are Not Eligible
My Freshwater Aquarium Secrets retains the right to not allow any site into the Affiliate program due to site content. Sites which will be disqualified from our Affiliate program are sites which: support violence, illegal activities, sexually explicit materials, discriminate based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Spam Will Not Be Tolerated
Any Affiliate caught spamming; sending any unsolicited email to promote my products will be found in violation of our policy and will be immediately terminated from the Affiliate Program. Spamming Affiliates will be reported to the FTC.
General Disclaimers
We do not make any claims to your earning potential as an Affiliate. My Freshwater Aquarium Secrets is not responsible for interruption of sales due to our site operation failure or problems with Affiliate links.
We retain the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
This is the full agreement made between the Affiliate and My Freshwater Aquarium Secrets. By entering your ClickBank ID you agree you have read and agree to all its terms and conditions.
